COVID CERTIFICATE - You can get this cert if you have been vaccinated against COVID-19. Patients that received their vaccine in Elmwood will receive their cert in the post from the HSE, we have no facility to issue these certs. If you have any queries please look at Gov.ie webpage.
The COVID Certificate is a record of your vaccine. People who were vaccinated or have recovered from COVID-19 in another country will need to access their COVID Certificate from that country.
The document is not a precondition for travel but it does make travelling within the EU easier. However, you will still need to adhere to the restrictions in place in the country you are travelling to.
