Beat the January Slump!
Cold, dreary weather, lack of sleep and too much food and drink over Christmas and New Year can leave us feeling sluggish and overweight. We all know exercise releases those feel-good endorphins and getting back to the routine in early January of healthy eating and exercise is really worthwhile. It is advised to aim for at least 30 minutes of exercise 5 days a week. Being active lifts our mood, reduces stress and anxiety, improves our physical health, and gives us more energy.
